SNEDE is not a call center that sends out strangers. There are two of us. We arrive
together, we do the work ourselves, and if something is wrong you tell an owner —
not a ticket number.
We are a young company, and we would rather say so than show you reviews we invented.
What we promise instead: if a room isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we come
back and redo it at no charge.

We come to you, across Hudson and Essex.
We are based in Jersey City and we travel — Jersey City, Hoboken, Union City,
Bayonne, Weehawken, West New York, Secaucus, North Bergen, and now Newark, East Orange,
Irvington, Belleville and Bloomfield. Same price wherever you are: we do not charge
for the drive. There is no storefront to visit, so every dollar goes into the work
instead of a lease.
Yes, including New Jersey sales tax at 6.625%. It is a firm quote for the home you
described. The only thing that changes it is the home being materially different from
what you told us — and we tell you that before we start, never after.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of clients leave access instructions and come back to a clean home. If
it's your first visit we'd rather meet you for five minutes at the start so you can
point out what matters.
Do you bring supplies?
Everything — products, microfiber, mop, bucket and vacuum. If you prefer we use
your own products (a stone counter, a sensitive allergy, a specific brand), leave them
out and tell us in the notes.
Which days do you clean?
Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays are our cleaning days, and those fill up first. Ask
for another day anyway — if we can make it work we will, and we'll say so plainly
if we can't.
How do I pay?
After the work is done, never before. Zelle or cash, whichever you prefer, and you
get a numbered invoice from SNEDE LLC the same day.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo that room at no charge. We ask
only that you tell us instead of telling the internet first — give us the chance
to make it right.
Can I cancel or move my appointment?
Yes. Give us 24 hours' notice and there is no fee, ever. Recurring plans can be
paused or stopped whenever you want; there is no contract to sign.
